Ok, first I added your site to my InterWikiMap. Then, I can make links like this:

Oh, wait it doesn't work at all. Your older phpwiki insists on a ? after index.php in the url, but the interwiki stuff does a slash. Oh well, I guess this won't work until you upgrade your phpwiki.
